Cooking and Plating: Assisting in cooking a variety of dishes, including appetizers, soups, main courses, and desserts. Ensuring proper portioning and attractive plating of dishes.
Station Setup: Assisting in setting up the kitchen stations before each service, ensuring all required ingredients, tools, and equipment are available and organized.
Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintaining a clean and organized work area, following proper food safety and hygiene standards. Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
Inventory Management: Assisting in monitoring and replenishing ingredients and supplies as needed. Reporting any shortages or quality issues to the senior chefs.
